I came in today for haircut (skin fade) and beard trim. The haircut was okay. The main problem is that the guy cut my neck 2 times and never apologised. He just shoved some alcohol on it that burned. I told him, and there was no comment from him. He ignored my comment. And then proceeded to charged me $60. I expected an apology and be offered a discount especially as I did not move an inch during my haircut or beard trim. You can see the photo of the cut and my receipt. I am not happy.
