I agree with Mike they are a hot mess. Do not do any contract work for them you won't get paid or pay will be cut in half. They take up to 2 months for payment because they want there money first. Not worth the head aches. Ran by kids just out of high school

I have been working for Boss Facility Services for several years. In general I find them to be quite professional. I hope they can become more unbiased in their advocacy between their clients and their vendors.

I am a vendor for this company and they are absolutely horrible. They are rude, pushy and accusational. They are probably the most disorganized company I have worked with, no one at their firm talks to each other and you will get 10 different requests for the exact same thing that you have already submitted to them. They do not coordinate job properly, and then blame everyone else for their mistakes. They also have no problem wasting your time and then telling you they may or may not pay for it.
