I had Niaa and requested large knotless box braids which should be approximately 35-40 braids. I got 19 jumbo braids and since I had to pay in advance, $160+tax, was stuck with what I got. Definitely a waist of money and I get my hair redone by someone else the next week. Pictures are of what I got vs what it should have been. Update for owner: I’ve been getting lg knotless since I started growing my hair out 4 years ago. This is the only time I’ve had a person do it this “different”.
She has a lot of rules on her booking page that she doesn't abide by. The hairstylist Nia texted me an hour before I was scheduled to push our appointment back by over an hour and brought her daughter (two things she doesn't allow from clients). She has poor installation technique for sew-ins and I wasn't happy with the result. She overcharged for her service but I just wanted to get out of there. She seems like a nice lady but I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend.
Service and quality is amazing! My appointment was at 11 am and she began working on my hair immediately. She’s very friendly and down to earth as well, so I felt very comfortable. I definitely will be coming back and recommending this business to others. You truly get that “city life quality” with your hair.
i was very pleasantly surprised with how friendly, helpful, professional and just a good experience getting my hair done here was. i got a braid take-down & silk press today. it turned out very great.
Always does a great job every time i come in. She always takes her time and never rushes my hair. Not only does she do a great job on the hair itself but also does a great job on styles too. I’ve been happy with my outcomes each time and have yet to been disappointed.
