Working with Alexandria has been extremely frustrating. I was very impressed with the salesman who communicated well and stated it would be done in a few days. We are going on a few weeks now with poor communication and not getting the job done. Absolutely fantastic experience ! James and Alexandria did a great job getting my solar system installed on my house. Everything from the initial quote to installation went smoothly and the panels are generating a lot of power. James is always quick to respond to any questions I have, even months later after the system was finished and turned on. I highly recommend Boss Energy!
I had a great experience with Boss energy installing an Enphase + FranklinWH system Q4 2025 before the tax credits expired. James, Alexandria as well as the entire install & commissioning team were very responsive. Of course we had a brief timeline setback due to market issues/panel availability (beyond their control) everything was up an running in a timely manner well ahead of the federal tax credit expiration!
I was working directly with Tesla trying to get a battery backup design for my cabin. It was a struggle and I wasn't getting anywhere. I contacted Boss Energy for a consultation and decided to cancel the project with Tesla and give the project to Boss Energy. Three weeks later I have a Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway designed, installed, and up and running. It's exactly what I wanted. 100% satisfied customer.
