While I’ve been happy with the actual repair service, the customer service and scheduling is extremely frustrating. It takes numerous emails and phone calls to get any response. Then I’ll get a response to “put us on the schedule.” But then I don’t get out in the schedule. Currently looking for a reliable solar company for service and repairs.
Fantastic service. Our Tesla batteries needed to be replaced under warranty, and Boss Energy handled everything without any hassle. Boss Energy did our solar panels and they were great. We worked closely with James and he was very responsive and helpful.
Working with Alexandria has been extremely frustrating. I was very impressed with the salesman who communicated well and stated it would be done in a few days. We are going on a few weeks now with poor communication and not getting the job done. The day they were supposed to get the job done, they realized they didn’t have the needed clips to install, they ordered the material but unfortunately didn’t order enough and did not overnight the material. Absolutely fantastic experience ! James and Alexandria did a great job getting my solar system installed on my house. Everything from the initial quote to installation went smoothly and the panels are generating a lot of power. James is always quick to respond to any questions I have, even months later after the system was finished and turned on. I highly recommend Boss Energy!
