Boss Energy has helped me so much with my "new" house that just so happens to have solar panels. I was totally clueless on what I needed to do. Jared walked me through everything i needed to do. THEN when Heather the solar tech showed up, I felt totally taken care of. Heather was kind, patient and got my system up and running. She answered all of my questions, even when I asked them twice, gave me advise and made me feel totally comfortable. Thank you Jared and Heather. Five star service. Highly recommend.
Initial installation was great. It was working perfectly. Then Dominion Energy decided they did not like the configuration. Boss Energy came and revised the configuration per Dominion Energy requirements. Boss energy (consulting with Tesla) applied Dominion changes. System is now working great.
Dominion Energy stated that Boss Energyy did not get prior approval for Powerwall 3 installation, but their inspector came and signed off. As a result, Dominion Energy representative said they will not let me charge my battery from the grid. Boss Energy is in the process of solving the issue. Boss Energy came and revised the configuration with partial success. Boss energy (consulting with Tesla) is trying to comply with Dominion changes. They are coming back on 7/21 with a final fix.
We had an excellent experience with this company. After deciding to go with solar , they made it easy. We are now up and running and it is so satisfying to see that our house is being fueled by the sun. boss energy has made this an easy transition and have explained everything ! I am so glad that we made this transition and highly recommend this company !

Boss Energy came and revised the configuration. Now the Powerwall 3 is dead with an indeterminate resolution.
