I am so grateful to Boss Electric for coming to my rescue on Saturday after Hurricane Helene. Matt answered my early morning phone pleasantly, and said he would get someone to my home that day. Jim arrived before noon, and he was proficient, fixed the problem quickly, all while smiling. We have used Boss Electric many time over the last 10 years. They are a little more expensive, but we call them because they do great work. Until now. Called them to repair a connection to an outside light fixture. The Tech had it working by the time he left. We paid the $150ish fee and my husband tipped the tech $20. Later that night the light didn't work. We called and were told that the tech "did his best" and it is probably because your light fixture is really old (9 years maybe - is that old?).
