Ben and his team are the best in the biz. Great at closing out open permits and mitigating my lien. Would highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience with Ben and his company. He’s running a scam. He charged me a $500 fee to come to my property and assured me he could assist with the permit process. After he quoted me a price, I called to ask him some follow up questions and he never responded. I tried calling and texting him several more times, but he just COMPLETELY IGNORED all of my attempts to reach him. I will be filing a complaint with the DBPR and BBB.
Horrible experience!! This GC required a $500 upfront fee before even coming out to look at the job. We paid the fee, he came out, looked at the project, and told us he could do the work. After that, he completely disappeared. We called him to ask follow up questions about his estimate and were interested in hiring him but , never followed up, and never returned our calls or messages and COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED! Be extremely cautious — once payment was made we received no further response.
We paid a $600 upfront fee for an estimate. He came out, looked at the job, and said he could do it — then completely stopped responding. We kept calling and messaging him after, no follow-up, no returned calls. Be cautious about hiring him and paying anything upfront when he asks.
I recently bought a home in the Miami area that needed quite a bit of repair work, and Ben and his team at Boss Construction helped me through every aspect - from pre-purchase inspection to organizing all necessary GC projects. They helped facilitate all sub work and proved to be a reliable resource through (and after) the entire project.
