Overall, the place is very clean and the chairs are comfortable. The employee who washed my hair did a really good job and assured me that I shouldn’t feel embarrassed for coming in with greasy hair. The customer service that I received from Makaela was great, however, the two employees up front were having their own conversation. I got a lash lift a few days ago and the service itself was great, really nice atmosphere and she did a great job with everything, but I noticed after about an hour the curl in my lashes started to fall. It’s completely gone now and I’ve also lost a handful of lashes on one of my eyes and I have an interesting little bald spot. Not too sure what happened because I had a great experience while I was there but since I’ve left the results have not at all been what I thought they would be.
Don’t hesitate- book yourself an appointment! I had my wedding hair a few weeks back done by Erin. The style held up the entire night with many compliments. I just left my second appointment and had Wrin give me 2 Dutch braids since I’m heading out to a concert. The salon has a lovely vibe. The stylists all help each other and are very welcoming. It’s a fun treat to have your hair done. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
The staff is the best! Always so helpful and kind! Always make my hair look amazing!
