My son has been to camps, clinics, and private lessons at Boss, and I can’t say enough good things about this organization. Jesse, in particular, has been instrumental in my son’s progression as a baseball player. Jesse has vast knowledge of baseball, kinesiology, and sports psychology, and he has a natural rapport with people. Taking sophisticated movements and breaking them down into manageable steps, he enables young athletes to master complex skills. He is a very strong asset to a stellar program.

This facility is flat out amazing. They have all of the modern equipment to make pitchers succeed and truly care about anyone who walks through the door. My pitching coach was Jesse Howell, during season I threw a generous 73 mph and working with jesse over a course of three months I put on 15 pounds and got velo up to 79 just before I left for college baseball. Boss Baseball is the number 1 place for bettering your baseball performance in Central Oregon. They have top tier trainers specializing in each facet of the game, allowing you to become your best self in one spot. After working with Jesse Howell for what is now multiple seasons, my pitching ability and arm health have been greatly improved with the numbers to show. Definitely recommend Jesse and the rest of the trainers at Boss Baseball.
