I scheduled a 12:30 appointment with Alice. We arrived at 12:22 and sat there until 1:30 while she was cutting a "walk-in" person's hair. Finally left. I'm sure the cut would have been fine, but complete unprofessionalism to schedule an appointment with a customer and not keep it. My 13-year old only has so much patience.
These guys arw the best in or near Chatsworth. Whenever I need to look fresh I go here
This place is very unprofessional. There is always people smoking and hanging out, outside the shop.
