Rented an excavator. They were unable to deliver. So we picked it up and trailered it. We had pulled out and realized the employee forgot to put a pin in the trailer. We turned around to have one put in. If we hadn’t noticed this could have caused major damage to other vehicles and possible injury. This morning my truck wouldn’t start. I sincerely appreciate the team at the Cross Lanes location. Best prices on propane and honest dealings. I dropped off my 100# bottle, went inside to pay. The young man came in and said I only needed 16 gallons. I thought it was empty. Anyway, the difference was refunded! Great people there.
