Was in contact with them for over a month getting prices and was told to reserve a skid steer a week in advance so I did. They called the morning of delivery stating we dont have a skid for you. They then called back said we can get 1 later in the day. Then they called back again and said we are not able to get you a skid at now...I'm a long haul truck drive so I scheduled everything well in advance. Rented an excavator. They were unable to deliver. So we picked it up and trailered it. We had pulled out and realized the employee forgot to put a pin in the trailer. We turned around to have one put in. If we hadn’t noticed this could have caused major damage to other vehicles and possible injury. This morning my truck wouldn’t start. Had to have it towed to a shop to be worked on. I paid Bosley to come pick it up. They were unable to pick up the trailer and only took the equipment.
