I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Bossly Transmissions. I paid for transmission work that was agreed upon, but the work was never completed as promised. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I did not receive the service I paid for, nor was I issued a refund. Based on my experience, I believe others should proceed with extreme caution before doing business here. Let’s start off with the owner Brian Bosley! This man is the most unprofessional business owner. He will lie to you and say your car is being worked on and it’s not. Then when you start asking questions or calling to much he blocks you. All while having your car! Then he doesn’t even communicate when the car will be done or even when it is finished.
