I bought a Bosgraff home in 2023. So far, I am happy with the home. One complaint I have is the difficult to get a response from customer support. For example, my driveway's concrete surface is peeling off, and I believe it is a defect issue, and I reached out to the concrete company, who told me that any warranty-related issue, Bossgraff needs to call them.
