Very frustrating law firm to work with and would not recommend working with them. Bosecke was representing a property rental company who was interested in purchasing my condo. We agreed on a purchase price, and signed papers for the sale. On sale date, they informed me that they needed a payout statement for my mortgage to release the funds, which I promptly sent.
