I bought the soundsport wireless earphones 4 months ago when the charger case suddenly stopped working/wouldn't charge. I was so disappointed and I had lost my receipt so I almost resignedly went to this store to see if I could get it fixed. Was so pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were. Not only were the staff polite, they did the exchange free of charge in the spirit of the year end holiday. The quality of Bose's products speak for themselves but the care was absolutely phenomenal!
