I had refurbished headphones from their own website. The headphones are great, totally recommend, great as expected however they first hold the amount from your account and they are suppose to release it when they charge you which is when the item is shipped. They charged me when that happened however didn't release the amount they were holding. Purchased a headphone and it was defect, got a replacement item from them and it was also defect. 2 of the same items came brand new out of the box, both having the same defect. What does it say about this company? Means their defect rate is so high to even made this happened. Not reliable at all. I don’t recommend this company. All the returning, waiting, going back and forth with the customer service wasted so much of my life and effort. Don’t make my mistake, choose another brand.
