I bought a bose quitecomfort earbud 3 months ago or so. By the time I figured out that it sucks it was out of return window of a month. First, I can't remove one earbud and keep listening my music with one earbud. There is no setting in the app to make it work with one earbud. Second, the microphone quality is terrible. I had at least 5 occasions where the person I was on the phone or in a zoom meeting could not hear me well. It is too expensive for what it is. Stop selling products that are not tried and true.
This store does not exist, I believe it’s closed. There’s almost no Bose stores left in Manhattan, how is the consumer going to test fit items before purchasing?!?
Excellent service and quality of sound..... - my Bose headphones went kaput in the left ear after a year of daily use and they were replaced by Bose swiftly and without any hassle or nonsense. (Can’t same the same for my Apple AirPods (2x the price and 1/2 the sound quality) which gave me nothing but grief!) excellent products & service!!!
