Returned headphones n received notice they will be replaced. over 3 months to finally arrive. Countless calls n emails . Never ever again after buying over 6 products over the years. Have a V35 at home never misses a beat! My wave radio (use as desktop speaker) thought was an issue sent for service noise from Aux input they couldnt fault it returned it with a new cable (line out of computer failed) changed to USBC to AUX fixed. Didnt charge for service. Bose for life!
Apalling customer service, Was told to only expect 6 years out of my Subwoofer. After spending $5k on their products to be told 6 years is a good outcome is very poor. Bose used to be a premium brand and still position themselves as such with their marketing but good luck when things go bad, They think its fair enough for me to continue paying $190 every tear when it has its annual failure.
