Have a V35 at home never misses a beat! My wave radio (use as desktop speaker) thought was an issue sent for service noise from Aux input they couldnt fault it returned it with a new cable (line out of computer failed) changed to USBC to AUX fixed. Didnt charge for service. Bose for life!
Apalling customer service, Was told to only expect 6 years out of my Subwoofer. After spending $5k on their products to be told 6 years is a good outcome is very poor. Bose used to be a premium brand and still position themselves as such with their marketing but good luck when things go bad, They think its fair enough for me to continue paying $190 every tear when it has its annual failure. They sent an invoice with a wrong name and refused to send the correct one. 5 customer service Live Chats and calls either said the wrong name was in the system and suggested that I filled in wrongly myself and pushing the blame to me while saying they couldn't change it OR promising would send me an invoice with the correct name after 48hrs but still, after countless of 48hrs, nothing was done.
