Wow I could not be happier with Bose right now. As others have mentioned, my QC35i headphones suddenly stopped turning off. Even with the power switch in the off position they would power themselves back on. These headphones were over 2 years old and certainly out of warranty. But based on other reviews here, I took them back to Bose and they swapped them out for a brand new QC35ii. I was speechless. What amazing customer service.
