Very unprofessional service. These guys dont care about their customer. I had sport earbuds. No sound coming from one earbuds, they asked me to return it. First of all they did'nt have the same product available. They promised me to ship another color headphones. I agreed to that. Upon sending the product these guys said sorry they dont have the product available... These all caused a lot of trouble.
I bought a pair of headphones that had and extra $50 surcharge that I didn't catch before I paid. But, other than that the staff offered to clean any device I tried and they had a very understandable policy on customer occupancy so get there early!
Purchased a headphone and it was defect, got a replacement item from them and it was also defect. 2 of the same items came brand new out of the box, both having the same defect. What does it say about this company? Means their defect rate is so high to even made this happened. Not reliable at all. I don’t recommend this company. All the returning, waiting, going back and forth with the customer service wasted so much of my life and effort. Don’t make my mistake, choose another brand.
