Updated: Their Camarillo store has closed - they're too big to update Google apparently. ___ Tried and failed to contact then via their website. Their US telephone number. Their email. Nothing. So we'll drive up from Santa Monica to their store in Camarillo as a last ditched attempt to get some service for my wife's headphones. (Replacement ear pads = SALES) Too big? Corporate levels of service? Who knows... Shame...
