They won’t make appointments on a Saturday because it’s their busiest day of the week, yet they only have one person working on a Saturday, so good luck getting a time to be seen. Unless, of course, you want to hover outside of the office for hours waiting for a turn. Do they realize that Saturdays are the best days for working people to find availability to use a service like this. Be smarter, management.

They take care of everything and all your information is so organized & well packed together in the order that you're traveling. Thank you so much for good customer service.
