Glasses measured incorrectly as verified by my ophthalmologist. Have tried to get in to have them fixed. They are always closed for those who have to work. They take a lot of Sat. The last 3 times I tried, they were closed the day during the week and 2 Saturdays. When I had off I went in and the regular person was on vacation, which is ok but the company had a person working who could not do her job. I’ve tried to get in for months. I need to have them fixed. I haven’t used them since Dec. I don’t know what to do.

Never again. Extremely rude worker. Could not pick her head up from her personal phone call she was on and could not be bothered with my questions because I did not have a written script.
Izabella was very helpful and informative about my purchase, which I was very happy with. She also is very helpful if your glasses needs an adjustment.
