A shout out to Lee at Boscov‘s Concord Pike, Wilmington, Delaware Estée Lauder counter. Their Cosmetic Consultant Lee did an amazing, absolutely superb job processing my over the phone order. Kudos to her. Beautifully packed box, everything I ordered in tiptop shape, beautiful presentation when opening the package. Top notch customer service. I am so grateful.
Love this store. My go to for just about everything. The people who work here are wonderful. Candy department and home made fudge to die for.
I love boscovs
We have been purchasing many things at Boscov's for many years. Many of the purchases have been furniture but the last piece we purchased was a wall hugger recliner and after 16 months the handle that reclines the footrest broke. What a nightmare. The store warranty did not cover it, the manufactuerer said they didn't cover it because it was over a year and the extra warranty we purchased did not cover it.
