We needed a simple repair. We were greeted by Emily, she was so pleasant and friendly. She took care of our issue and encouraged us to return with any optical needs. Totally 5 stars!!
My glasses are less than 6 months old the frames broke near the screw. There was definite defect. I was told they were not covered under warranty even though they were less that 6 months old.
Customer service has really gone down the tubes. I had to send .y glasses back a third time to be re-made. First time they had the wrong frames. The second time they had the correct frame but the paint was chipped, I decided to select a new frame. Went to go pick them up and couldn't see properly. Maybe the 3rd time is the charm. Now I wait again.
