The Dr was quick and professional. The poor optician was being the receptionist and the optician at the same time. She had the patience of a Saint. Was calm cool and collected despite so many patients!!!
Boscov’s Optical Christiana. I had a problem with my glasses no longer covered by manufacturer. The eye pad wouldn’t stay attached. Valerie was so helpful and efficient. She was able to get me a new pair. Would recommend this place!!
When I ordered my glasses the girl was pleasant but when I went to pick up my glasses I looked at the hours it said they were open till 6pm and I drove over there through traffic and I don't live very close and I got there at 5:35 plenty of time to pick them up but when I got up there it was closed after looking at the hours on the site it said it was open and got there and it was closed I was not very happy pretty upset I must say!! We needed a simple repair. We were greeted by Emily, she was so pleasant and friendly. She took care of our issue and encouraged us to return with any optical needs. Totally 5 stars!!
