The experience here was good... everyone was friendly and helpful. The eye doctor was very professional...HOWEVER...I would not have went to Boscov's Optical in Lancaster PA, if I knew that it was going to take 4 to 8 weeks to get my glasses! That is riduculous. Where are they making them at ...China!? I need to see but have to wait almost 2 months to get my new script? I wish someone would have told me that BEFORE I went here.
My mom moved to this area in 2010. She has been a customer of “Boscov’s Optical” for many years and has always been able to find the quality products she needs at a reasonable price and has always been treated with great customer service. Recently my mom broke the frames for her glasses. I was unsure if they could be repaired or would need to be replaced, The challenge is that my mom now has Dementia and resides in a memory care unit. The doctor is not only super competent, she is also very personable. Her bedside manner is impeccable. The Manager seemed a bit overwhelmed when we first arrived, but changed her demeanor promptly and delivered great service through the time my daughter's glasses were ready for pick up. At the time of pick up, she (Tara) was super nice and accommodating. Thank you!
Very nice people, professional and always trying to help you in any way, Kim is a great person with her clients and all the staff too, very good customer service, I appreciate them very much.
Dr. Mueller is excellent. She is very caring and thorough, and makes the exam process comfortable and easy. Helpful staff. Ten stars!
