Exchange luggage and sales person was very helpful. She made our exchange not only smooth and fast but also recommended us some good selections of luggage.

Always been a fan of the store for years. Nice variety of items from clothes to furniture to shoes to sweets even a travel agency still inside. Thr best part is going up to the 2nd floor for the bargain outlet store. Make sure you check it out. They often have coupons and sales advertised.
