All I want for Christmas……is the damn contact lenses I ordered almost 3 months ago. I can deal with things being on back order as long as I’m provided a call, email or some type of communication letting me know the hold up. But no, every time I had to call there or personally go up there just to be lied to by being told “Just a few more days” which was 3 weeks ago. Again, zero communication. Michael Miller was very accommodating and very knowledgeable 🤗 This was a great experience. He helped me pick out great pair of frame for me and find frame from another store for my broken pair of glasses .. Till I get my new one ☺️ Thank you Michael You was the BEST 🤗🫶
Worst service for eye glasses in my life by the actual manager...he tried to upcharge the entire when I originally only paid $200 a few months
Olivia & Wanda are very professional. They are very skilled & accommodating in what they do, yet welcomed me to the Optical Dept. in a very warm & friendly manner. I have worn glasses since 2nd grade, and this was my best experience yet!! Love my new glasses!! They truly helped find the right pair for me!!
