Ordered glasses 5 1/2 weeks ago. They never answer their phone to find out about the order. I drove 45 minutes to go in person. Stephanie answered with one word answers when I tried to get information. They issued a credit. Also their website states they are open Friday, Saturday and Monday and when I told her that she pointed to a sign and said the website must be wrong. Very arrogant. Save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else.
Cheap glasses and great assistance. Always had a nice helpful person.
All I want for Christmas……is the damn contact lenses I ordered almost 3 months ago. I can deal with things being on back order as long as I’m provided a call, email or some type of communication letting me know the hold up. But no, every time I had to call there or personally go up there just to be lied to by being told “Just a few more days” which was 3 weeks ago. Again, zero communication. Michael Miller was very accommodating and very knowledgeable 🤗 This was a great experience. He helped me pick out great pair of frame for me and find frame from another store for my broken pair of glasses .. Till I get my new one ☺️ Thank you Michael You was the BEST 🤗🫶
Worst service for eye glasses in my life by the actual manager...he tried to upcharge the entire when I originally only paid $200 a few months
