Boscovs is generally a good store but please never use their Vision center. DELAY DELAY DELAY...2 months i.e. 10 weeks and even then I had to follow up on the status. And status: We got a message that they have mailed it and is expected to arrive in another 2 weeks. I still have not received my glasses. This store seems to be a century behind in quick service. I visited Bensalem Boscovs and was helped by Rebecca. She was great and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend going here if you need new glasses.

I have gotten my glasses here for years. I like the sales. They also help fill out my insurance papers that I had to send in for reimbursement. Tried other places and always go back to this Boscovs
First I'll say that Dr. Callahan is very nice and helpful, and if you can go to him, (if you still choose to go) then only go to him. Other than that, the other eye doc comes off as a pompous know-it-all and the main receptionist Barbara doesn't know how to handle customers. Long story short, I had to call with an appointment follow-up question and I received attitude from Barbara because "they had a few other customers in line".
