Correction to my previous review. I had called out Boscovs Optical service for slow processing. I was notified by staff that this was due to a vendor availed by Boscovs. Vendor was not providing timely service impacting Boscovs delivery time. The company has taken active measures to remediate this issue. They also took actions to remediate my concerns. I greatly appreciate the service team for stepping in and helping fix the situation. Thank you!!
Boscovs is generally a good store but please never use their Vision center. DELAY DELAY DELAY...2 months i.e. 10 weeks and even then I had to follow up on the status. And status: We got a message that they have mailed it and is expected to arrive in another 2 weeks. I still have not received my glasses. This store seems to be a century behind in quick service. I visited Bensalem Boscovs and was helped by Rebecca. She was great and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend going here if you need new glasses.

I have gotten my glasses here for years. I like the sales. They also help fill out my insurance papers that I had to send in for reimbursement. Tried other places and always go back to this Boscovs
