Absolutely horrible work they keep your car for months and then when you get your car back, it’s worse than it was

Towing services only. Unfortunately my vehicle was stolen from Springfield and left on the street and Connecticut. The police was called and had it towed to this towing company. I had to get a ride to come and get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. I was told by Zack the person in the office to leave the key with him and which I did. Eventually, my car was delivered to the auto mechanic in Springfield by a different towing company.
