I spent time just a moment ago typing a long statement but after reading it I just figured I would take it short and sweet. The dentist himself was great. I only got a cleaning so cannot comment on any further work he may be good at or not. The front desk clerk is an absolute nightmare. She is rude a liar and completely unprofessional. If she is still there I would recommend going somewhere else or record your phone conversation.
