I had scheduled a consultation appointment for my wisdom teeth removal around 3 months ago. As someone with Invisalign, it was crucial to my treatment to get my wisdom teeth removed within a certain timeframe. I received a confirmation phone call about my appointment four days before my procedure. Then, the day of I was informed that my procedure is cancelled as the doctor is unavailable. My experience was okay. The dental assistant(I believe her name was Stephanie) I had on the day of my surgery was an angel. If it wasn’t for her I honestly wouldn’t have made it through my surgery. Amazing and kind woman who coached me through the entire experience with TLC even though she didn’t have to. The dentist he’s a little rough but I do appreciate how fast he takes the teeth out instead of prolonging the torture.
I couldn't find a general listing for New Britain office, so writing here instead. Mom's dentist referred her here for tooth extractions, yesterday I called and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday of next week. She has Aetna Dental primary and Medicaid secondary. Today (after confirming the appointment), they said they don't work with Medicaid and have to cancel the appointment. I had my dentist send over a referral to them for a tooth extraction. It's been 2 weeks and I have called numerous times and no one returns my call. Would not recommend.
As ALL THE REVIEWS STATED SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE. and I could not agree more what a horrible place and experience, all the staff were rude from hello, the doctor i cant even put words to how rude and unprofessional he was..
