They do good work but it is a struggle to get responses. Communication needs improvement.
Bosco Pool and Spa is out favourite pool supply store in Stratford. I prefer shopping here than online. The prices are pretty much the same and you can actually get your pool water tested for free and they can help guide you in balancing it. Thankfully due to the help here our pool is always looking great. They have pretty much everything you could need here for your above or in ground pool or hot tub.
I own a pool business in the GTA and these guys came in clutch today finding some plumbing. Shoutout to the boys in the back 🌊🔥
Went in recently because the cover lift broke for my hot tub. Figured on spending $250-$300 to replace. Guy working (maybe owner? He acted like someone who cared about the business) Instead ordered the replacement part even though he doesn’t normally carry that brand. Cost about $70 instead. Great service and was in two days later.
