Doesn’t answer the phone, takes forever and doesn’t communicate why or what’s going on, and doesn’t actually fix anything. Gave them more than a few chances only for the same issues to persist. If you want the job done, go somewhere legit. This garage shop is only a headache.

Absolutely useless person bring your mower to someone else. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. Flaked on me. Called him a week prior and he says he can meet with us on Friday. Called and texted him the day before to confirm, and he confirms. Drive an hour and no ones there, called him six times and he did not pick up.
