Very honest and did things to reduce costs for me. Also my son went in and he fixed it for a tiny cost after son had been told his car needed a new alternator. Was just a loose fitting.
Took car in for a quoted service and on pick up Bosch had taken the liberty to do additional maintenance on the car and charge me for it without calling to advise. I was then misquoted for a wheel balance which ended up costing me double and again no courtesy call to advise the extra cost. Feel taken advantage of and very disappointed with the lack of resolution from this mechanic.
Shocking customer service. Doesn’t know how to do the job when I was promised he does. Gave my car back without telling me he couldn’t fix it and only found out when I drove out of the shop. I had to take it somewhere else to get it working again and cost me extra $800. John then demanded money for the work he couldn’t complete himself. He also doesn’t pay his staff wages and owes them money.
