Quite disappointed and shocked by the bed side manor of this man. Very very dismissive. My appointment was for concerns of hearing loss, vertigo and tinnitus. I was urged to see an ENT based off my hearing exam. It took him all of 3 minutes to tell me I was fine without asking me any questions and exited the room. He even went as far as to tell me my audiologist was not a doctor and she was wrong. He did not want to hear what I had to say, no questions were asked and no exam was done. Very thorough examination and given trusted advice/diagnosis. I think a lot of the negative comments have likely never met a surgeon before(they aren't there to be friendly, they are there to help and treat you), he was perfectly pleasant just very straight forward and factual based, I am glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews and attended my appointment. Admin were very nice and booking was fast and easy. I was even seen on time/early! Thank you Dr Bosch and team!
Horrible experience! Dr - patient skills were nonexistent. I told the Dr my father had polyps and I had issues with sinus infections and couldn’t smell very well. Dr Bosch did an endoscopic inspection and told me I didn’t have polyps and when my pet passed to not get another. I went to two other ENT doctors. I was finally diagnosed with polyps, an ongoing sinus infection, deviated septum and issues with my turbinates.
