HORRIBLE experience-no response even from corporate office -this is meant to be a luxury brand? Thermador. I purchased 33k+ in appliances- just installed a 12k+ range that is faulty. Upon calling service center I was met with a rude representative-Teresa- that informed me that Thermador calling system was undergoing a “transition”.
