Took my Land Rover in for a service - their receptionist never asked me anything about the car when I booked over the phone or when I dropped off the car. When I collected the car, they simply took payment of $500, and handed back over the keys with no discussion. When I asked to speak to the mechanic to see what was their assessment of the vehicle, was told this wasn't possible...
