Easy to talk to and honest, is willing to work with not against you
Quoted $99.00 each to replace two tyres. Knew about a hole in muffler which I asked if could be patched. Picked up vehicle cost $529.10. Muffler repair lasted less than 10 kilometres. Owner Charlie Palmer refused a refund of any form. Also lied about what I had said. This person is unscrupulous. The business is also connected to Bosch Service Centres Australia. I am out of pocket $329.10 for work that didn't even last 24 hours .
Make sure you know your rights and the correct process when claiming Statuatory Warranty as they will not help at all or give information. If you complain they will then refuse to return calls or answer emails. Do your research before purchasing second hand from this dealership. Less reliable than buying from Facebook marketplace. If I could give zero stars I would.
Good guys. Ready to go when scheduled and the car was complete when they suggested.
