Serviced my car, quoted $2k for a windscreen washer joint replacement and left a rag in the bonnet. Also couldn't pin point if the rattling sound was from the front or rear of the car. When asked, they just shrugged

These guys have looked after various cars of mine for the last 15 years. They regularly go above and beyond for their customers with level's of support that you don't get from the big names. They are also priced really well.
I overfilled my Audi A5 Engine oil and was quite tensed. Took the car in for check early morning. The guys at Bosch checked my car right-away although I had no booking they accomodated me and did all the checks and replaced my oil. I really appreciate their efforts as they had 20 cars booked in for the day.
