Never had a dull experience with them! Both my previous Nissan Qashqai and my current Peugeot have been serviced here, and the team has always been professional and transparent. They clearly communicate if there might be any additional charges, and I appreciate that honesty. I tend to ask a lot of questions (despite not having an engineering background), but they’ve never tired of explaining things in detail. Always friendly and patient - highly recommended!

Currently pursuing this business through legal avenues. Don't be fooled by the Bosch logo because the warranty scheme is a sham. I took my car here for a logbook service and ended up with a failed transmission. The mechanic drained and failed to fill the front differential which caused a catastrophic transmission failure. The business has denied all wrongdoing, despite an independent report from a transmission specialist showing that the diff was running without lubrication and failed due to the neglience of this workshop.
