A very busy shop, just can't roll up, however when I called in thier diagnostic was well informed and knew the vehicle and it's faults well. Once booked in for a service was very thorough, even dug in and found the cabin filters had never been replaced! But never reported on the radiator glucose level which I forgot to ask about. However that will be on the next list! I maybe abit old school now but not having access to the workshop pisses me off. We don't have to conform to beaurocratic B/S just to appease the inspectors! Disappointing Experience, Lacked Expertise & Communication** I regret that I cannot recommend this shop. My experience involved three main issues: 1. **Cost vs. Value:** The final cost felt disproportionately high for the work performed. 2. **Lack of Specialized Knowledge:** There was a clear lack of specific expertise required for my Mercedes, particularly regarding diagnosing and properly clearing fault codes.
