Unfortunately it has taken me a number of weeks to write this review because I was so annoyed that I thought I had better wait until I cooled down. I had my car booked for an electrical issue and upon walking into the building, at the counter, I saw the owner, Tim, talking to another customer of which was a lady. (I am also a lady).
