Definitely not the kind of service I expected or would ever return to. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. I took my Ford in for service and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The communication was poor from the start, and I never felt like I was being kept in the loop about what was happening with my car. I've had a poor experience each time I've been there - couple of times , The staff appears to be lacking in knowledge and has consistently done incorrect work. As a result, both my cars are now making strange noises that I've never experienced before.
