I was very upset. The gentleman told me he would send me pictures of my filters before replacing. I didn’t get the pictures but they replaced them. When I asked about it. His response was they already threw them. Went in for my transmission as it wasn’t shifting. They did a drain and fill. Stated they test drove it and said it was fine. Left the lot and was still doing the same thing right when I left. Would not recommend them for service.

Bosch auto service has always been honest and forth coming with their service and prices. I have had repairs and service on my previous cars with Bosch. Very pleased.
We had them install a burned out headlight and we bought our own part. We just walked in without an appointment and they gladly accommodated us. Always been so accommodating and exceptional customer service. 6/3/26 update. Bosch auto service is my go to shop for repairs and oil change because here we’re treated like family where Honesty and integrity comes above and beyond.
