So recently I had my starter motor fixed at this place. Initially they were great! Got the job done no worries. Had my car back the next day. Upon driving away I noticed my car head unit not working. So I called them a few days later to explain what was going on. The bloke I spoke to was fantastic! Super helpful. Told me to come down the following morning so they could look at it. Great and very professional service. My car broke down on the Western Hwy outside of Melbourne. They contacted me as soon as I’d called RACV breakdown assistance. They arranged for a tray truck to come and pick up my vehicle and transfer it to the repairer of my choice. The tray truck also delivered a loan vehicle when it arrived to pick up my car ( all arranged over the phone) I knew up front what was included with the RACV service and what and how much I was paying.
