Boscaglia properties may be the worst people i have ever rented from. I have lived in my home for a year. They say they do not allow pets but half the people in the park have them it seems it is ok as long as they like you. When I moved in the told me the repairs that needed to be made would be done in a week it took them three months. I have no heat or air even though my lease says I have central heat and air.
