Do not do business with them. They take your money and never come back finished the job! My neighbors can't even drive the vehicles into the new home. They charged $33,000 dollars, $10,000 for cleaning and grading the driveway and they did a terrible job. They should return the money and that way hire someone who will finish it the job!
Horrible experience, it was great till we closed on the mobile home. Then we were ignored. Calvin and Elizabeth lied to us, broke promises, and never returned calls. Calvin would even hide from us. Do yourself a favor and alot of stress and go to Regional Homes. We are still waiting for them to finish our home 1 year, and 9 months later. Horrible business.
Use anyone else! Literally anyone. Things that went wrong. This classy bunch destroyed both halves of a double wide home. They neglected to reattach the quick connects while reattaching the two halves. Ripped out the under insulation while looking for the clearly marked electrical connections. Installed the home crooked on the property. Left my home exposed to the elements until they felt like sending out two idiots 2 months later to put the siding back on. This isn't even all of it. My mom had her mobile home tied down by the guys at BOSARGE. They were extremely kind and patient with her as she is in her mid eighties. They did a great job explaining things she had questions about. Great job guys!!!
The employee are really nice,helpful and efficient, and the mobile homes are cute. But the area the trailers are sitting in are not great, very swampy especially when it rains, as well as they guy who weed eats was throwing rocks up everywhere at the cars and I wound up with a few dings on my truck, luckily they were small rocks but still. Some of the trailers really smelled funny whenever walking in, so it defeated the purposes of trying to get an idea of the home, being the smells were throwing me off.
