Came in for service on my Ford edge. Rick helped me from Start to finish. Was the price way way to much yes. It was fixed in a timely manner. The young man who dropped me off and picked me up at my home was very kind .
Harry at Graff Ford helped me get into a new explorer in the perfect color. He even listened to all of my stories. Great service and sales.
I broke down on a holiday weekend and needed a starter. These guys were able to have my truck up and running the very next day by 1 PM. That was incredible.
Bought a used ford ranger from there with a coolant leak, the deal was I would buy the truck as long as they fixed the coolant leak, which they added the cost of fixing the coolant leak to the price of the truck, so in reality I still paid to have the coolant leak fixed. It was the thermostat housing, common problem with the 4.0. You’d think a ford dealer would know how to replace parts on a ford vehicle correctly. After getting it back it still had a leak. I brought my car in for repairs and Doug Strow was very helpful. Doug went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. The rest of the team was also very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back at Bosak Ford for future repairs.
