Bought a used ford ranger from there with a coolant leak, the deal was I would buy the truck as long as they fixed the coolant leak, which they added the cost of fixing the coolant leak to the price of the truck, so in reality I still paid to have the coolant leak fixed. It was the thermostat housing, common problem with the 4.0. You’d think a ford dealer would know how to replace parts on a ford vehicle correctly. After getting it back it still had a leak. I brought my car in for repairs and Doug Strow was very helpful. Doug went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. The rest of the team was also very polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back at Bosak Ford for future repairs.

Douglas Strow Service Manager of Bosak Ford is the Only reason I drive out that dealership for service! He goes above and beyond. He knows the vehicles and the people who come there for his service. He’s aware that our time is valuable and can be challenging to even bring our vehicles there. He expedites to the best of his powers to get the vehicles in and out, and on the road quickly.
