Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced not once but TWICE from the same dealership. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Came in for a simple tire repair that I assumed would be best for them to do due to the size and type of rim that came new on the vehicle from Ford. Only to have them destroy the tire and make it completely useless and also gouge the rim so badly. I’m left baffled as to how they could do this to a customer.. The whole team at Bosak Ford Parts was excellent! Robert, Sean, and Sara were awesome. They were super helpful and got me everything I needed quickly and with no hassle. I will definitely be coming back again!
