If you like excellent Italian food, you don’t have any other option you must go to Bosa. We have had Italian food all over the world, and aside from the motherland, this is about as close as you will get. And if the food weren’t enough to draw you in, the service and ambience should be. This restaurant isn’t huge, but it is quaint, imperfectly intimate. We made a reservation, but saw several people waiting outside. Vibrant place, clean, good service, excellent food. The Cacio de Pepe is very good, and my wife enjoyed a steak and crispy fries. Very enjoyable experience! 7/28/26 - Back in Bend, still excellent Cacio de Pepe! My wife had lamb, cooked perfectly. Thank you again!
